The 6600 Isolated Digitizer from HBM is a remote, fiber optic front end for the Genesis HighSpeed (GEN3i, GEN3t, GEN7i, GEN7tA and GEN17tA ) transient recorder. The BE3200 test sequencer is designed for timing and sequence control of switchgear or ballistics tests.
It replaces traditional electromechanical systems with microprocessor precision. Up to 64 optically-isolated outputs are available, with extensive interlocking and safety features. Windows software provides control in milliseconds, cycles or degrees of phase via an optically-isolated serial port. This high speed controller provides precise timing for the operation of devices used for testing in low/high voltage and high power laboratories. The timing pattern of the BE3200 can be synchronized to the mains generator, the external mains or derived from an internal timer. The outputs switch on and off in a programmed sequence and are fully synchronized. The synchronization signal tracks the input signal frequency. VIBROCONTROL 850- Cost-efficient protection of rotating equipment
VIBROCONTROL 850 is the successor to the legacy VIBROCONTROL 800 (VC-800) and offers easy-to-use, cost-efficient and reliable protection according to DIN ISO 10816 for a number of different machines, such as blowers, fans, pumps, decanters, separators, compressors and mills.
Once installed, the instrument reliably and continuously monitors the machine vibration level against two adjustable alarms. These ensure machine vibrations do not exceed the acceptable level. Installing this online protection device effectively limits the risk of damages to man, machine and environment, and consequently reduces the need for maintenance.
The device includes an internal acceleration sensor and provides:
- A 4–20 mA analogue output proportional to the vibration velocity in mm/s rms and
- Relay outputs for alert and danger
Configure the monitoring unit directly by means of DIP switches.
VIBROCONTROL 950/960- Effective Vibration Monitoring of Semi-Critical Machinery
VIBROCONTROL 950/960 are single-channel online vibration monitoring devices. They effectively protect machines with rolling-element bearings from damages caused by e.g. unbalance or misalignment which can be detected by analyzing the vibration patterns. Please consider migrating to its successors VIBROCONTROL 960 and/or VIBROCONTROL 1860 which come with much more functionality. Both are DIN rail mounted. Field housings are optionally available. Transmitters VT-110 and or VT-120 are alternative solutions as well depending on your application.

Thermal imaging cameras for automation and control
TIM thermal imaging cameras are designed for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures from -20 °C to 1900 °C. They enable efficient monitoring and control of temperature-critical processes both with low temperatures (e.g. in cooling chains) and with very high temperatures (e.g. in glass and metal processing).
